Our body's essential functions are in direct influence of air we breathe, water we drink and food we eat. 'Let the food be your medicine' was an old saying by Hippocrates (source: 424 B.C Hippocrates) famously known as 'Father of medicine'. It is hard to say how far we are going away from this simple sentence. 
Ideally, people should eat a good diet and use supplements to promote good health, reduce the risk of illness or disease and fill dietary gaps. One of the way to make sure you doing good in managing your body is to use occasionally a Lifestyle Analysis. Sometimes it is difficult to fulfilled these dietary gaps relaying on average diet only. 1. Minerals in everyday diet:

We do not manufacture them, so we need them for good work of our entire body system. We changed our Diet completely and we eat more cooked and processed food with less vitamins and minerals. 2. Microbiota nad Probiotics:
Extensive use of antibiotics (from gr. anti=against  biota=life is "against life") was so overwhelming that now exist traces in environment as well in humans and animals. It becomes major cause for concern lowering its own efficacy and at the same time immunity in humans as well as in animals. Approx.2500 years ago Hippocrates have a theory that "all illnesses starts in our gut". When balance between different bio culture is disrupted we have less probiotic cultures and different organo-metal complexes in place. Long established Russian medical thought is that 1st brain is in stomach and 2nd brain is in head. At that time did not exist terms "pre-biotics" (food for probiotics) nor "pro-biotics" (which in gr. means "for life) but in many cultures in funny terms existed old saying that "you are what you eat". In last 20 years scientific evidence shows that almost 20% of our probiotics is removed or replaced by less friendly forms of organisms.

3. SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) related coronavirus is a species of coronavirus that infects humans, bats and certain other mammals. It is an enveloped positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus that enters its host cell by binding to the ACE2 receptor.
